Walk and Talk Therapy
If sitting in a room with a counsellor puts you off making an appointment, how about trying a ‘walk and talk’ session.
We will ‘walk and talk’ in a natural setting such as a beachside or in parklands.
People have found there is much less pressure and find the experience incredibly positive.
Of course, it is private, but the dog and coffee are most welcome.
